Dating Asian females seems to be the preference of more Western guys every single year. So what's the reason for this fascination with dating Asian women? Here are several reasons, based upon my own personal experience with asian singles. In my Dating Asian Women blog I talk about this subject in much more detail, but for right now let me run down a few of the key reasons: - Asian women are spiritually grounded. You'll find that most hot Asian women practice a religion, and it is a serious part of their lives. Whether she worships God, Buddha or whomever, religion tends to give Asian women a sense of calmness and inner peace that many Western women lack. The idea of "soul searching" and worrying about your future does not exisit in Asian cultures. For the Asian woman, a loving partner, a happy, healthy household, and the love of her family and God is enough. - Hot Asian women have a hardworking nature. In Asian countries from China to Indonesia to the Philippines, it is typical for women to start helping out their families from the time when they are small children. This is a dramatic difference from the way children are typically raised in Western countries. Also, they believe in working hard in order to provide a better future for their families. You see this is in the Western world, among all types of immigrant communities; they'll rise at dawn every day and work hard, and build businesses, in order to help their families back home and help them to emigrate. These people respect the value of hard work-and a woman from this type of background is not going to turn into a spoiled “princess” once you marry her. - It is customary for Asian girls to take a lot of pride in how they look. Asian women always want to look good for their man, even if they're just stepping out to go grocery shopping. As a man, you should love this and appreciate it -- give her some money to go to the salon, because she wants to look good for YOU! They feel it’s important to “stay sexy” for their man. This is a far cry from the way many Western women behave once they’re married and no longer need to worry about landing a husband. While the "white girls" are sitting on the couch, eating ice cream and watching Oprah, I can guarantee that the Asian girls are being meticulous about their appearance and staying slim and sexy. I've found that the reason Western women mock Asian-Westerner relationships is that they are JEALOUS. They don't like the idea of slim, beautiful Asian women (with perfect skin) "stealing" all their men away! - Asian singles can genuinely love an older guy. Let's not overlook this aspect of dating Asian women. In the Western world, once a guy turns 40 (or even 35!) he begins to feel that he can only date women his own age, and that younger women won't be interested in him. Bear in mind, I am not referring to old guys! I've known guys in their late 20s who are desperate to find a girl to settle down with, because they feel they're "getting old" and their options are decreasing. (Which seems insane to me, because I've been living in Asia for years and it's NORMAL for much older men to date young, hot Asian women!) In Asia, it’s perfectly normal for older guys to be with younger women (and I’m not just talking about the girls who can be “rented” for the night). (If you're in your 40s, a lot of beautiful young ladies in Asia will consider you to be young!) In fact, if you’re under the age of 40, some Asian women will rule you out because they feel you’re not yet mature and responsible enough for a serious relationship! It's common over in Asia to see couples with a 20 or even 30-year age difference. Really, its not even an issue. At first, it can be jarring to see so many middle-aged (or elderly!) men strolling hand-in-hand with their sexy, much younger girlfriends…but as long as these men treat them with respect, it can all work out blissfully. I've seen many of these relationships work out better than you can imagine. I should add, however, that relationships that involve drastic age differences are obviously going to encounter difficulties in the West. (For one thing, the old guy is going to face constant competition from younger, fitter men hitting on his lady.) These types of relationships do work better if the couple is living in Asia. These relationships can, however, stay intact after the move to a Western country, as long as the Asian woman truly loves her man and isn't only interested in his money (or getting citizenship). The bottom line is that in Asian culture, older men are viewed with respect. They are seen as being responsible, mature and more stable than younger men. Elders are respected in their culture (as it should be). These are just a few of the reasons why so many Western men have turned to dating Asian women.
