Condominiums are some of the most popular types of housings in the Philippines today. This is because these types of housings can offer the location that many modern Filipinos are looking for in today’s modern trends, which is in business and commercial districts. However, what made condominium complexes even more popular among many modern Filipinos is because of its amenities which caters to the needs of their growing children such as its recreational parks and playgrounds. Disadvantages The disadvantage of these types of condo in Philippines, however, is its location. Because most of these are found far from the city, many residents found it harder to get back to their workplaces in the city, particularly because of rush hour in the Philippines.
