Carpenter ants are attracted to wet wood conditions. Therefore, you will want to remove any wet or damp wood from your home’s landscape. Carpenter ants are somewhat destructive because they love to chomp away at wood so if you see these little buggers around you will want to take immediate action. The good news is that they’re easier to get rid of than termites.
