Speech therapy the most effective weapon for the speech and language disorder. Here you need not to have the regular checkup, taking many bitter medicines. Speech therapy hammer you disorder, treat and cure stutter in a very interesting way just in play you complete your exercise and slowly-slowly you feel improvement in you. This therapy is very good for this type of disorder but even then it is not consider the main discipline in many medical practices. Speech therapy is not concern only with teaching of speaking properly but also set and focuses on the right amount of speech defects and corrects them. The first thin what a speech therapy do that understands the cause of disorder whether it is present since birth or by some kind of accident. Then speech therapists go for the intensity of disorder means the person having disorder at what extent this will be helping a lot to him as he can make plan according to that means the duration he needed to cure the disorder this will also help the person suffering from disorder. Most of the people suffer from stuttering, it can be in many types some people feel problem in speaking some words, some of them stretch the word likes crickekeket. So therapists have to make different ways to solve the problem. In this field parents also play very important role as the soon notice the disorder and immediately they contact to speech therapist. And some of the parents ignore and say it will be improving as he/she grows up. There are main three speech disorder found in children, namely articulation defects, voice/resonance disorders and fluency disorders. Therapist tries to point out the word and omit that word with its alternative world in which he/she is comfortable. Secondary physical features disorder for speech (such as that of the lips, cheeks, jaw, teeth, tongue) characterize the first, while the defects of vocal cords and similar parts of the anatomy, i.e., the primary physical speech features characterize the second one. Stuttering is the best example of a fluency disorder, which is not due to physical defects of primary or secondary speech features.
