This amazing city has evolved in a way that today condo living in Miami is finding more and more adepts each and every day. The "Magic City" has gone vertical and people are embracing the Miami condo lifestyle like never before. Although not right on the beach, these luxury residential buildings are just minutes away by car from the ocean. But the interesting thing about Brickell is that is a cosmopolitan and elegant city style living that is starting to feel like a "little Manhattan" with new places to go at night like trendy bars and lounges. All of this is close to home when you live at Brickell. Then there is downtown Miami where nothing of true quality living was built before up until now. New and tall high rises like Quantum on the Bay, One Miami condos, Ten Museum Park and 900 Biscayne Bay are offering upscale living in the middle of the city and close to the action. South Beach of course has the south of fifth luxury condos like the Continuum, the Icon South Beach or the Murano where ultra luxury apartments are closer to the ocean and the famous nightlife and restaurants. These condos have views of downtown Miami and the Biscayne Bay and are also the place of choice for second home owners from all over the world. It is one of the Miami neighborhoods where you can walk to go shopping or burn some calories while jogging on the beach and seeing the ocean.
