The advantage of this is that these types of Philippines properties are far more affordable compared to condominiums.

The disadvantage of most houses, however, is that it normally lacks the luxurious interior and exterior designs known in condominiums and condominium complexes. Another is that houses, even those found in residential districts, cannot offer the kind of accessibility that condominiums can offer.
