Condominiums are normally found in business and commercial districts, while condominium complexes are mostly found in the outskirts or even in the provinces. Condominiums in the City Most condominiums found in the city are those that can offer their residents the luxury of living within walking distance to their workplaces. Due to the nature of many popular types of jobs today, many Filipinos are usually working almost around the clock, which is why a type of housing that they can easily access from their workplaces is perfect for their needs. And because condominiums are some of the few types of housing found in those locations, these types of housings quickly became popular. Condominium Complexes Unlike condominiums in the city, condominium complexes are mostly found in the outskirts or any place around Metro Manila such as in provinces. Part of what made these types of condo in Philippines popular among many Filipino families is because of its family-oriented environment such as its wide open spaces, quiet and peaceful scenery, as well as its exclusive compound. Other than amenities such as pools, gyms, and sports complexes, condominium complexes are also known to offer amenities built for growing children such as recreational parks and playgrounds. The disadvantage of these types of condo in Philippines¸ however, is its location, in which Filipinos working in the city may find it harder to get back to their offices.
