Because of this, houses had steadily regained much of its popularity in the market.

However, the disadvantage of these types of housings is its accessibility. Because most houses are found in residential districts, residents would have to go through the hassles of rush hour to get to their workplaces, which is unlike that of living in a luxurious condominium.

Because of this, its residents can easily and conveniently access their workplaces while avoiding the usual hassles of rush hour.

However, what set condominiums apart from other modern types of housings in the Philippines are its amenities. Other than the luxury of its accessibility, condominiums can also offer luxuries such as an indoor swimming pool, a gym, or even a full-size sports complex for the enjoyment of their residents.

However, many found these types of housings inappropriate for a growing Filipino family, which is why condominium complexes were established. Compared to condominiums in the city, condominium complexes are mostly found in the outskirts or even in the provinces.

And because of its location, these types of condominiums are known to offer the peace and relaxation rarely found in the city. And similar to other condominiums, these types of residential Philippine real estate can also offer amenities, with the addition of recreational parks and playgrounds for the children.

However, the disadvantage of these types of housings is its expensiveness. Although there are many condominiums offered in the same term of payment that many new houses can offer, the down payment is usually higher compared to houses.
