Easy Holiday Sweet Potato Casserole 2- 15 oz cans sweet potatoes 1/4 cup orange juice 3/4 cup flour 1/2 cup white sugar 1 tsp ground cinnamon 1/4 tsp salt 1/2 cup butter 1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows Preheat oven to 350. Drain sweet potatoes and put in baking dish. Pour orange juice over the top. Fold flour, sugar, cinnamon and salt together in a large bowl. Add butter and cut until crumbly. Top potatoes with the crumb mixture. Bake 25 minutes or until heated through. Add marshmallows to top and broil until marshmallows are slightly brown. Picky Eater Approved Green Bean Delight 2- 14 oz cans green beans, drained 2- 15 oz cans diced potatoes, drained 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup 1 lb shredded Monteray Jack or mild Cheddar cheese Preheat oven to 350. Spray a casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray. Put green beans into dish. Add chicken soup and mix together well with beans and potatoes. Add shredded cheese and mix all ingredients together. Cover casserole with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and continue baking 10 minutes or until slightly brown on top.
