The Difference between Aerobic Exercise and Anaerobic Exercise

Many people know that aerobic exercise can help lose weight, but seldom of

them has an exact concept to aerobic exercise and anaerobic exercise, some

people even deem aerobic exercise as an exercise which is taken in enough

oxygen environment. This article will provide you some information about the

two kinds of exercises.

How to divide the aerobic exercise and anaerobic exercise?

This mainly depends on the intensity of exercise. Under the situation that

the intensity of exercise is relatively small, the supply of oxygen is

sufficient and body get the energy through the oxidation of material, this

is aerobic exercise. On the contrary, then intensity of exercise is relative

high, the insufficient oxygen and the generation of lactic acid, which is

anaerobic exercise. Thus, we can find that under the general situation, the

division of aerobic exercise and anaerobic exercise mainly base on the

production of lactic acid.

For common people, we should mainly take aerobic exercise, for it is low in

intensity, and during the process of exercising, our body won't be hurt,

while obtain a good effect. For those young people who have the basis for

practice, in order to improve their fitness, improve the body's ability to

withstand strenuous exercise, to improve the level of competitive sports, a

certain proportion of anaerobic exercise is necessary.

How to grasp the intensity of exercise?

Aerobic exercise requires certain duration, only in this way; we can achieve

a certain effect. In general, if there is no congenital disease or other

taboo disease on the exercise, the general requirements for people is to

achieve the appropriate heart rate and keep it for at least twenty minutes.

In addition, the duration of the exercise has a significant impact on the

effects of exercise. For those people who just begin to exercise, it is not

an easy thing to keep exercising for twenty minutes. Therefore, as

beginners, we should gradually increase the exercising time, avoid to

increasing the time suddenly, which would make our body excessively fatigue.

With the continuous improvement of our physical function, the exercise time

should gradually be extended to half an hour or an hour.

As for people who want to lose weight should bear in mind the two points.

Only have a clear concept about aerobic exercise and anaerobic exercise, and

make a clear distinction can we achieve the goal to lose weight.
