According to the ministries, the world that is a creation of god comes alive by helping others and reaching out to the needy ones for the sake of Jesus Christ. The goal of mission ministries is not just to understand the needs of poor people but also to help them fulfill their needs and thereby propagating that they are indeed not a religion but are messengers of god intending to serve others. Most of the mission ministries that are present around the globe are engaged in different activities like evangelism, church planting, Christian education, and distribution and sales of Christian literature. As most of the mission ministries that you come across are faith-based, their offerings and services cut across different religion barriers to serve and help people in distress. In addition to the above mentioned activities mission ministries are also actively engaged in feeding the hungry, providing shelter to homeless people, to rescue the perishing, to preach the gospel and to reform to those people who err. Some of the programs undertaken by mission ministries are in providing men's shelter, women's shelter, children's home, prayer requests, adult home, and Thrift stores and Industrial program. Mission ministries are known to provide men's shelter in the area they operate from. Generally, men come to these missions with different reasons. They are provided with hot meals, clothes, and shelter. In addition to this, men also receive love and care through the teachings of Jesus. And those who are willing to receive counseling sessions and undergo recovery programs are allowed to do so in these ministries. Similarly, women folks too can look forward to offerings and services from these ministries through women's shelter. The mission ministries are responsible for providing safe accommodation to women suffering from mental illnesses, alcohol and drug addiction, and even domestic abuse. Mission ministries that support men and women also take care of children that are desperate to seek emotional and physical needs. Funding for all these programs generally comes from different organizations and individuals. For more Missionary Baptist articles visit missiontripzambia.com
