Abstract: A new high absorption of dyeing and fat additives NHK application technology, and leather dyes and processing lipid agents to promote absorption properties of chemical materials. Results show that: with and without use of NHK treated samples, the use of NHK added fat waste of SS, content of oil and dye decreased by about 90%, 75% and 40%, while reducing pollution, leather sensory performance also improved.

In addition to these chemical materials are leather absorb a part of, the rest along with the waste water discharge, which is the main reason for environmental pollution caused by leather industry is one [1]. Proved to achieve clean leather production process, the most effective way is to reduce or eliminate pollutants from the source of the generation and emission [2]. To this end, domestic and foreign technology workers tanning a lot of research work and has achieved gratifying results. However, these studies focused on fat [3], hair removal [4], liming [5], acid leaching [6], tanning [7-9] and other processes, on the settlement after the section in tanning pollution problems are infrequent. After the shop of the tanning, dyeing and processing fat has a direct impact on the quality of leather, while the dye left in the waste grease and processing agent is the main source of pollution. Therefore, to promote the absorption of dyes and oil, reducing pollution, to achieve clean leather and saving production costs, are of great significance [10].

Existing relevant literature, specializing in dyes and processing while promoting high-fat absorption additive agent is relatively little focus on the promotion of dye absorption [11]. ZHANG Ting, who developed a high absorption of dyeing and fat additives, but the product and application technology is still in the experimental stage of development [10]. In this paper a weakly cationic dyeing and fat additives NHK applied to the process of dyeing and fat, by analysis of dyes in wastewater, grease agent component contents of the NHK dyes and oil absorption promoting effect, and as reform of the sensory properties were evaluated.
