Due to the emergence of modern technology caused by human intelligence, our lives have been made much easier. It is apparent that individuals work tirelessly in order to have a good life that they think of and to appreciate things that we can obtain. A huge house that is filled with all the appliances can surely offer the comfort that we desire. With the advanced means of transportation that we have today, travelling is made less troublesome. Human intelligence have provided a way for the breakthrough of computer systems, internet, gadgets ,huge machineries and all the tools that can make life relatively easy whether we are inside your house,in school , in the place of work or wherever we wish to go. But do we realize the price this technology brings? Little by little lacking the knowledge of, this technology is influencing our environment resulting in harmful unfortunate occurences. Typhoons, earthquakes, tsunami, flash floods and oil spills are some of the calamities that need to give us a clue that we should take action to prevent these disasters to take its toll. The earth is not well. And it's as a result of our actions and our self-centeredness. Some engage in illegal logging that is seen to lead to flash floods; dynamite fishing and oil spills which is producing water pollution. All these cited are detrimental to to the environment and to humans. That is why now it's the ideal time that we have to help it heal by joining in non-profit organizations that endeavors to offer good environmental services and environmental remediation that our Mother Nature needs today. We do not have to wait for the next day, everyone ought to act now to avoid tremendous things to come about. There are several easy ways we can participate in environmental services and remediation that our natural environment needs like: - Right disposal of garbage - Reuse and recycle - Consume energy and electricity - Avoid the usage of plastics - Planting trees By means of these actions our environment will be thoroughly clean. We can certainly enjoy plentiful blessings that Mother Nature is sharing like fresh fruits and vegetables, clean water, clear air and clean surroundings and prevent epidemic diseases also. Not forgetting, a healthy environment that will lead to a healthy life. We need to repay our planet with good things simply because it is the one that offers us the things that we need in order to live. Greener Steps Towards Preserving The Environment
