Option 4: Polyaspatic coating This industrial strength coating has been used for years to protect bridge decks, hospital floors and other high traffic applications so no doubt that it could be the crème de le crème of residential garage flooring options. Whether DYI or professionally installed, polyaspatic floors can be installed and ready to use within the same day making them strong but extremely user friendly. Colors can also be added for additional decorative flair.
