When you researching hotels and looking at the rooms, hotel supplies and amenities, what matters to you? For some, a heated pool and fitness center are must have amenities. For others, alarm clocks, brand name toiletries and soft sheets are the hotel supplies that matter most. If 2 hotels offer free Ethernet or Wi-Fi and a business center, are you more likely to stay in them than a competitor that doesn't? Hotels realize that everyone different preferences and must haves and they try to think ahead of their guests and provide the most complete package of amenities and hotel supplies possible. Suppose you've picked 5 hotels out of, let's say, 300, to do additional research on in order to choose the hotel you'll stay at while on vacation. Comparing them next to each other, do any hotel supplies or amenities stand out? You may find that several of the hotels have everything you're looking for in terms of location, price, amenities and practical hotel supplies like high quality linens, complimentary toiletries, roll away beds and in room coffee service. Hotels offer these amenities as they compete for your business. Assuming you've narrowed down your choices to 2-3 hotels , what's going to make you choose among the hotels your looking at or cause you to drop one or more of them from consideration? Think about what you need and what you want in terms of hotel supplies and amenities. Could one entice you with the spa or rain shower? Might complimentary breakfasts, durable ice buckets or other valuable hotel supplies and amenities cause you to choose any one of your remaining three over the others? Hotels try to offer a wide variety of amenities in order to entice and please the largest possible segment of their guests. Once you've chosen from among your final three hotels, you get to start packing. Be mindful of the amenities and hotel supplies your chosen hotel provides so you can save yourself some space for souvenirs or extra toys. Hotels are trying to please you with the array of amenities and hotel supplies they offer for your use and consumption. They want your stay to be as close to perfect as possible and certainly pleasing to you. Ultimately, the lodge you've chosen, whether for the hotel supplies, the price or the location, will very likely be the focal point of your vacation so its being pleasing to you is as important as the hotel supplies themselves.
