Diet seems to be the most popular way to reduce the weight. But, these days, a question has risen against the very notion of the effectiveness of the diet in terms of weight loss. In fact, a recent study has categorized a group of 160 overweight adults in different diet groups. The groups include the ornish diet, the zone diet, the weight watchers and the Atkins diet. Now, the good news is that all these diets seem to work during the time when they are practiced by the participants.

But, there were a few bad news. First of all, most of the people failed to follow their diets for just one year for which the study was conducted. And the percentage of such people was quite high – almost 25%. Another fact of worry was that none of the lose weight diet program shows satisfactory results alone. So, it makes little sense to follow the strict diets.

Now, you might be thinking about the exercise as the effective means to reduce the weight. Well, this is very much like the effect of the diet. It also, seems to work when it is regularly practiced. What is the solution then? The only way out of it is to control your mind. Yes, you guessed it right.
