This is a pretty odd device to see around the home, but something that can be quite useful for certain people. You’ve probably never seen this type of thing in your home, nor would you have seen it in anyone else’s home. In fact, the only place you would of seen it was while you were sitting at the dentist office getting work done. They dentist has this light that he moves around and places it perfectly above you, so it shines right on your teeth. Well, that light is able to move around because it is on a massive swing arm. You can get much smaller swing arms for your home and I’m going to show you the benefit. I’m sure there have been times while you were sitting in bed trying to read a good book. The only problem is that the bed side lamp is not giving that great of light. It’s off at an angle and it’s a little tough trying to read the words. Imagine if you had one of these swinging arm lamps. You could just pull the lamp over nice and close, so the light shines directly on the page and you can finally get a good read in. When you’re done, you just move the lamp back to its original position and you’re ready for bed. Let’s say that you do very precise work at a desk, but you only have a normal desk lamp. What if you need to get a really good view of something. Imagine that you had a swinging arm lamp.
