Visions don't just come about but are born from our desire to succeed. We are then required to act in order to realize our dreams. Most people dream then sit back and wait for conditions to be favourable. Visions are born out of a drive to change our current position and achieve success that positively affects our lives, but some fail to take steps to transform their current state of affairs. Having goals assist us not to be rigid but make necessary adjustments that direct us towards our vision.
