A lot of people seem to be interested in holistic and other 'alternative' methods to stop this problem. I disagree. You need a snoring product that addresses the main issues of the problem. That's why all the other things you've probably tried haven't worked for you. None of them really address the direct issues and causes. They only fill you with some hope and give you a feeling that you're accomplishing something, when you're really just wasting your time and money. If you really want to get down to it, you're going to need a real snoring product that is going to hit on the root cause and help you eliminate snoring all together. The simple fact is that you produce these sounds because of your jaw. It seems like an odd thing, but maybe that's the reason why you haven't fixed this issue yet. You have muscles that hold up the jaw while you're awake. When you go to sleep, muscles in your body go limp. It is this limp process that causes the jaw to press down on the throat area and this narrows it. Narrowing of any tube with air traveling through it will cause pressure. It is this pressure that causes intense vibration and noise. The snoring product that will stop this is the jaw supporter. You have to control the position of your jaw.
