I wanted to talk to you about your snoring problem and do a little analysis on it, so you can better understand this. The condition is pretty tough. I grew up my entire life seeing my father struggle with it and I started to struggle with it in my life. Throughout my life, I never seen my father once make an attempt to try and fix this problem. I think a lot of people are like that. It's more of a minor inconvenience to them, so they don't try and fix. That doesn't help the people around them that have to listen to it each and every night. I'm going to do a little analysis on your snoring problem. Science for the longest time has been looking at the throat for an answer on how to stop snoring, but they never really found anything. The sounds actually are produced in that area, but that isn't what leads to you producing them in the first place. Something specific happens when you fall asleep that creates the characteristics. The issue is the position of your jaw and the way it falls on your throat when you sleep. You have to keep the jaw off the throat in order to avoid this problem. The snoring problem can easily be fixed with a chin strap. It is a really easy device to use. It wraps around your jaw and the top of your head to hold the chin up.
