The second tip is that cottage cheese is your friend. I know a lot of people don't like the taste or texture of this food, but it is the best thing you can eat before bed. It is fattening, so it slows down the digestion of the protein. That means you'll be getting protein all night while you sleep. My last diet tip for female bodybuilders is to limit variety. I know it seems like an odd request, but it is documented as proof. The top athletes in the world that have the lowest body fat are people that eat the same meals everyday.
