I wanted to share some tips on how to jump higher. A lot of people think it's a lot harder than it actually is to achieve. I used to think I had bad genetics and I just had to live with the fact that I couldn't dunk the ball in basketball. Well, I learned that this was wrong, after I learned how to do things properly. As bad as your genetics are (yeah right), we all function under the same biological rules and we can jump a lot higher than we do now, as long as we do the right methods. I'm going to share with you the proper way of doing things. I think squats are one of the most underrated methods on how to jump higher. You can get a lot out of squats. There is a primary focus on the upper legs, but it works all the right muscles. If you've ever watched a full squat, you would of noticed that it is like a slow motion jump, except there is a weight involved. Trust me, this will work the right muscles for you and have you jumping higher in no time. Another great method to jump higher is my favorite tip toe method. You're going to walk around for 30 minutes on the tips of your toes. This may seem like an easy exercise, but you'll soon realize that it is extremely hard. The first few minutes will seem easy, but as time goes on you'll start to feel the burn and you won't like it. If you happen to be one of the few people that can handle this, try doing it while walking backwards. Learn some more Jump Higher Exercises.
