In general water manifolds are fitted by OEM's in new machine but many times available port requirement is not fulfilled by the available manifold ports with the machine. So in such cases, operator tries to put multiple loops to increase the ports so that all connections to the mould nipples can be made but this way pressure divides & drops that cause to increase the cycle time so to have efficient water distribution system, water manifolds with the required specification is a must thing.
