Well, leaks and particularly the air leaks are quite a common occurrence with your hookah. Relax these leaks are also easy to fix. Let’s do it step wise. Step one: First determine that the leak in your glass pipes really exist. For this, take off the bowl and the tray and then hold your thumb over the top of the hookah. Try and seal the opening where the bowl would normally go. Use your mouth now to suck in through the hose. Remember the thumb rule – if you are able to draw air, then your Glass Ash Catcher is leaky! Seal the top of the hookah with your thumb, and suck directly from the hose adapter without the hose attached. If you could draw air, then it’s a malfunctioned hose adapter. Check the grommets also. Make sure that the grommets fit tightly, and when connected to the hookah, the connecting item is not wiggling. Step three: Now is the fixing time. Well, if your Glass Bubblers are wobbly, and if they are allowing air to pass through the seal, then it can be easily fixed with a fancy little paper towel. On the other hand the base grommet can easily get stretched and get worn with use and here is an easy at-home fix formula to fix the glass pipes grommets with a little tape and elbow grease. And if the hose falls out of the hose adapter you can tighten it by pulling out that roll of tape once again! Try this yourself!
