Once after the approval the person will be eligible to travel in USA with a Visitor visa for the mentioned duration. This permit is not extendable, but under some serious issues the applicant should take permission from the immigration department in US. Based on the issue the person will be allowed to stay for some extra duration. If any further stay is occurred without intimation, then it is considered as a crime.
