Are you paranoid about Outsourcing? Don’t be. Getting bogged down by apprehensions? Jettison them. Feel that the process may be fraught with pitfalls? Get rid of such misconceptions. Outsourcing to India has proven itself as one promising move. Benefits, quality work, satisfactory service etc. are advantages coming through this initiative. Outsourcing to India is your big ticket towards saving money. You get to save plenty of it. Productions costs come down like anything. You do not have to spend that highly. Even the investments made are reduced to a great extent. Best, despite the low costs, the quality rendered through the service is good enough to convince anyone about the supremacy of Indian agencies. Why is Outsourcing to India such a viable and commercially beneficial proposition? There are multiple reasons. Labour comes cheap in India. You do not pay a fortune in hiring people. At the same time guidelines passed onto them are thoroughly stringent. They are categorically told not to mess up with the project, for a bungle costs the client very badly. This is where the next attribute comes, Quality. Once instructions are delegated, the consultants and executives are expected to follow it thoroughly. The latest tools are used to work on projects. The latest designing tools, software languages to write code, Google Analytics for website optimization and social media networks for internet marketing. This sets the tone for the project to be taken forward. Indian companies do not operate in garages and basements. Start ups do, but they have a set infrastructure. As for the ones bracketed under Fortune 500, those who have visited India know what the infrastructure is like. These huge conglomerates are a replica of the skyscrapers one sees in downtown Manhattan, the infrastructure identical as theirs. The employees are trained with the latest trends, made familiar to latest industry practices and the same gets pushed into projects. Outsourcing to India is also a good decision to take, because Indian companies realize this very well that the same services elsewhere in the world come at almost twice the costs. Companies count on them to deliver the same quality at affordable prices, and because they show the ability to do the same they get hammered with so many projects all the time. If the Intel Dual Core processor is the one used everywhere, you will find it so in India too. If the Operating System in use is Windows 7 everywhere, it is the same with India too. The working model is same, the quality delivered is same and when the costs incurred are low, then only can a fool make the mistake of not Outsourcing to India and cashing in on the benefits. Also, these apprehensions that organizations often have are bizarre, ones that seldom make sense. As far as timely deliveries go, one reckons that Indian vendors do send daily reports about project performance. So clients have no reason to say they are not kept in the loop. All this makes India a pretty sound option to pursue. It is pretty inconceivable, that people may back out.
