A hose pressure washer is a simple, great machine that will help you clean faster and more effectively. This machine is used to clean under and over hard-to-reach surfaces and will save you countless hours in doing so. A pressure washer will allow you to reach and clean different surfaces without moving the pump. There are definitely many advantages and benefits to using a hose pressure washer to clean things like your car and the side of your house, but have you ever wondered how and why a hose pressure washer works? Here are the basics to understanding this extremely powerful tool. Many people think that the pump of the pressure washer is the most important component of the system; however, it is actually the hose that gets the job done. A hose pressure washer system would be completely useless without a high-quality, durable hose. The hose is what makes this powerful tool so versatile. The hose will allow you to reach high and difficult surfaces without moving the pump or standing on a ladder. A new pressure washer will generally come equipped with a hose, but this hose may need to be replaced more often than the pump itself because of all the pressure, heat, and wear and tear it must endure. Hose pressure washers are essentially small hydraulic pumps with a high capacity. While these powerful tools are not subject to the heat or solvents normally found in hydraulic machinery, they are subject to other constraints typical of hydraulic machinery and systems. The working pressure in hose pressure washers is usually pretty low, but the peak pressures can be high; therefore the hose needs to be very durable and strong when channeling all of that pressure. The high-pressure water that the hose pressure washer channels is not produced by the water outlet that the machine is hooked up to; the pressure is produced inside the machine. Make sure that your water supply is adequate to supply enough water t to the motor of the machine. The motor can be fueled by gas or by electricity. The hose pressure washer pump compresses the water to build up pressure. The hose has a trigger that will give you the option of spraying the water in short bursts or as a continuous stream of water. The power and amount of pressure produced varies based on what kind of hose pressure washer you have. A stronger pump will produce a higher pressure. A regular garden hose will produce water that is about 40 PSI, or pounds per inch of pressure. A hose pressure washer can produce water with a pressure of up to two thousand pounds per inch. This water is extremely heavy, compact, and powerful and can be very dangerous; don't stick your hand in the spray and don't point the spray toward other people. Other main parts of the hose pressure washer include the nozzle tip, the hose reels, the unloader, the valves, the heating and cooling components, the connector, and the electric chord. These powerful machines will be a great addition to your home.
