If it crumbles easily or if it tastes gritty, it means that it has been adulterated with excessive coloring chemicals and, you should discard it. iii-Always check for moulds as this form of bread is easily infected with moulds if it is not properly stored. If you notice any mould or if it has a funny smell, you should discard it immediately.
