How to beat stress naturally by Mukesh Luthra

Mukesh Luthra says that if you have been stressed from a long ago and now, you have submissively accepted stress a part of your life then, mind you are wrong and it might be a possibility that you are not realizing it now, but it will undeniably affect your well-being in long run. Thus, the bottom line is there’s always a scope of improvement and giving in space to stress to penetrate in your life is not at all the solution. Thus, this brings me to discuss the following tips on how can you beat stress naturally:

1. Break the circuit: on a foremost note, get your mind off with the problem. If problem cannot go anywhere, you definitely can. Thus, you should take an initiative to go away from it. I am not saying you to bring in world of difference in your daily schedule, begin with simple things like take your dog on walk, listen to loud music, read comic books and read your funniest e-mails.

2. Say a no to caffeine: there are many people with this mindset that consuming more beverages will make them avoid stress, which is absolutely wrong. Excess consumption of caffeine escalates the adrenaline level in body, which is bad for health. Thus, Mukesh Luthra says that you should say a big no to coffee or tea, when you’re stressed. 3. Eat at small intervals: you should make it a point that there should be an optimum blood and sugar level to stabilize your mood. Make it certain that you eat something within every 2-3 hour. When I say that you should eat between at regular intervals, I don’t mean that you should eat full-fledged meal every single time. You can eat anything like boiled egg, 10-11 almonds, lettuce, brown rice, bread, just to mention a few. 4. Herbs as stress busters: passionflower is a great stress buster. Besides this, oats, damiania, kava consumption should be increased to reduce stress effects.

5. Breathing: make it very clear to yourself that the more anxious you’ll be, your breathing will be affected. Thus, don’t strain yourself for anything and inculcate habit of thinking affirmatively.

6. Aromatherapy: it has been observed that aromatherapy rejuvenates body because the sense of smell bypasses the cognitive brain. Thus, get an aromatherapy done within monthly intervals. I would recommend you to go for lavender or rose flavor to enjoy the best of aromatherapy. On the whole, try these small things to effectively beat stress and live a life that you had always craved for.
