Maintenance workers and hospital contractors will find using a dust buggy saves them time and hassle, thus saving them money in the long run. Typically, manually containing a maintenance and repair area takes a great deal of time and uses materials. The worker will need to determine the work area. At that point, they must remove all items from the area. Then they put up plastic sheeting to enclose the work area. The sheeting will help to contain the particulates released. Then they have to use special equipment to make sure the particulates do not get out when they dare doing clean up. This can cost a lot of money and time. Manual containment is not the answer. The manual containment is somewhat effective. However, it often takes a great deal of time. It is also hard to get a complete containment area. Even an experienced maintenance worker familiar with manual containment procedures has problems keeping the area completely sealed. All of this requires money in man hours and efficiency. You might think that investing in an expensive dust containment unit would cost too much. However, when you compare it, you will find that using a dust buggy is much more efficient. Using a dust buggy will help your workers save time and hassle. The ease of using a buggy is mind blowing. The dust buggy easily wheels in under the area where the work needs to be done. The buggy opens and the worker raises the walls to enclose the work area. Then the worker locks the buggy into place. That is it. The worker completes the work inside the enclosure. When done, they reverse the steps and then take the cart down. Once in a cleaning area, it is easy to disinfect and get the cart ready for the next round of work. Investing in a dust buggy is the smart thing to do. If you need to work in dust sensitive areas regularly, the dust containment cart is the only way to do it without incurring extra costs in materials and man power. Once you make the investment in the buggy, you have everything you need in one package. And these carts are made to last for many years. The rugged design and construction makes it a smart choice for those businesses that need to perform repairs or construction in areas where dust and debris can cause a major problem.
