I wanted to take the time to talk to you about the lemon colon cleanse. This is my favorite type of cleanse because the lemon is perfectly natural and good for you. A lot of people are skeptical of this type of thing. I know I didn't like the idea of flushing out the body. It just didn't seem to be that natural when you think about it. I eventually gave into peer pressure and gave it a try. I was so surprised at how great I felt. I was uplifted after doing it and felt like a million bucks. If you haven't tried it before, than you'll want to try the lemon colon cleanse. I think the number one benefit you're going to get is that your morale is going to be greatly improved. You know how you'll have those days where you just feel down. You feel like you have melancholy. It's something that happens because of the toxins in your system; it just brings you down. The same thing with sniffles and runny noises. You get these because the toxins in your body actually lower your immune system and you end up catching these things. The lemon colon cleanse is about as easy as it gets to doing this. Basically you get a cup of water and you slice a wedge of lemon into the water. Allow it to sit in the water for about 10 minutes and than drink it. Do this a few times a day over a period of a week and your body will be fully cleansed of all the toxins.
