This company is the sixth largest company of the world, according to the net income from the premiums, which is originally based in London. It is a British insurance company that has flourished far and wide in almost 28 countries across the globe. Its recognition has spread significantly for its immense growth in the profits and it is fast at gaining the first position considering the way it’s flourishing. The company has various types of life insurance plans for all kinds of individual depending on the age group and financial status. The main line of insurance policies includes children plans, savings plans, retirement policies, protection plans, health insurance policies and rural policies etc. Each of these policies is so planed so that each person pursuing such policy can have the benefit of enjoying the profit from the policies in the long run. Aviva insurance customer care is an important prospect that must have a special mention regarding the way company works. Most of the policies are well-planned to meet the requirements of the customers. But sometimes incompetence is experienced by the customers from the company’s side. This is mainly because of their slow approach towards solving the problems faced by the customers. The problems are left unattended at many instances due to which the customers are unsatisfied. This problem may lead to a serious problem if the company loses its reputation. At the summit of recognition, any ill-rumour may cause the company to face various problems. These are the times when other companies will try their best to ruin the reputation of the company. Thus it is evident that the company should be more prompt in attending the customers. At many websites complaints against Aviva insurance are present that site mainly the problem with the customer care service. But apart from this complaint are also lodged against the policy statements. Some of the deals made are confusing for the customers and resource consuming. Thus the customers site their problems in the websites with the hope to get heard by the company officials. Aviva Insurance complaints that are sited in the websites may be discussed as follows: for example a person had been paying his premiums for a certain period of time as long as the statement had suggested. But after about a month the company sent a letter suggesting that his account has been terminated and only a part of the money was returned. Even after visiting the company branch for several times no one has been able to suggest any solution to the problem. Another problem also suggests deduction in the amount of money in the premiums as the company without any notice reduces the premium. The notification process is also poor. The service providers are inexperienced at many branches failing to find any proper solution to the problems. Thus it is important for the company to take care of the problem as soon as possible to save it from problems regarding the reputation of the company.
