'B' huh, I would say extra of a 'C' or 'C-" but that is me. I have considerable concern with Clark's constant whyning and playing nanny-nursemaid towards the other heroes. Within the comics (grnated I have not cared enough to pick up a comic in practically 20-years), Clark/Superman is actually a all-natural leader for the other Super Heroes plus the example for the other individuals. This version spends strategy to considerably time complaining and pulling a 'Doctor Phyll' then when somebody methods up in the vacum Clark produced, he does extra complaining.
I do understand we are speaking about a Tv show using the clear limitations that brings into play. However they have been capable to bring Doomsday to life is his full glory, why not Darkside. Nicely said.
I'm nevertheless not sure what's up with all the "black smoke and ghost ravens"-thing that's supposed to become Darkseid. I am not a common reader of Superman, but I've been reading comics for over 20 years now. I am fairly familiar with the fundamentals of your characters in his planet. I am also disappointed that we haven't seen any Omega beams however.
The previews created it appear like Brainiac is coming back next episode, and that makes me content. I'm nevertheless waiting for Clark to notice that the Fortress of Solitude has been rather gloomy and half the crystals it is made of happen to be black for the last couple years. Hopefully we can see that little detail resolved quickly (although I fear the show runners have just forgotten about it and moved on).
It is nice to meet some like minded people today in regards to this show. I don't know anyone who has stuck with this show over the years.
What is ticking me off one of the most is how lengthy this show has drug on, and on, and on. and now, knowing it's the final season, they nonetheless are not moving fast enough to cover all the story lines they are unveiling and as a great deal as I wish they would, I just never see a productive spin-off coming out of this show.
Jacket was totally gay. Nobody desires a Clark Kent/Superman for the 21st Century, we just want him.
Kara - I still don't trust her all of the way but totally admire how she unveiled herself to the public. I know she mentioned this really is simply because Jor EL wants but I feel she did it to take the heat off of Clark and Ollie outing themselves.
I really like Ollie to death but he seriously must pull his head out of his personal ass and let Chloe do what should be carried out without having him retiring or killing himself in the approach.
I was SO pissed that Clark didn't in fact fly. I swear I jumped off the couch and was ecstatic when I believed the moment had lastly arrived. WTF will be the thinking!?!
