I have been working on a special kind of diet plan for a few years now. My "Chilli Diet" was developed when I was training for boxing. My nutritianst suggest that I eat more cinnamon and chilli with my meals to help me "make weight" for fights. Since I loved chilli I went a little overboard. However, I discovered something amazing. Chilli was a key factor in fat buringing and losing weight. The chilli peppers I ate also increased my metabolism which helped me lose the wght I needed to as quickly as possible. My chilli diet isn't rocket science and it is very flexible. The one thing that is required to make sure this diet plan works is the discipline to excercise at least 3 times per week.
