It only can be judged with the individual whole performance. People who have high emotional intelligence always have the following characteristics, including strong social intercourse, outgoing character, positive manner to life, not easily feel panic and sad, pay more attention on occupation, honest and rich emotion life. All in all, the higher emotional intelligence is closely related to the education in early stage.
