All of us will agree that the single most important item that we use in our daily lives is the mobile phone. All our contacts with the outside world are, more often than not, conducted through the mobile phone. So if our phone runs out of charge we will feel like we have been marooned on an island in the middle of the Pacific Ocean. An easy a simple way to recharge our mobile could give us a new lease of life. Recharging the mobile phone is not always easy. Sometimes shops are not open when you want to buy the recharge coupon. Sometimes you might get stuck in remote villages where recharge coupons are not available. Sometime shops will not have recharge coupons for your network. All these problems can land you in a lot of trouble. Would it not be nice if there is a site that you can log onto and recharge your phone whenever you feel like? Freechrage.in is such a site. You can log on to freecharge.in and recharge your phone in a few simple steps. If any customer has lodged a complaint against freecharge.in saying that there recharge process is complicated, then it is false. The process of recharging your phone through freecharge.in is very easy. You have to log on to the site and choose an amount for which you want to recharge. Select your network and enter your phone number. The amount will get transferred to your phone. The payment can be done through your credit card or your debit card. The best part is that you can also select discount coupons,of various famous brands, of the same value as your recharge coupon. This means that if you recharge for 500 then you can choose a recharge coupon for 500. Though the site seems very affordable and attractive, the freecharge.in complaint list is not small. There are many customers who are not at all pleased with the services offered by freecharge.in. The customers have complained that the recharges are never complete and some customers have lost the complete amount. Sometimes new and unwanted plans are activated instead of recharging the account. This is a complete waste of money for the customer. Such incidents should not happen and the company representatives should take care to see that all their transactions are complete and truthful. When the customers turn to the freecharge.in customer care section, they face even more disappointment. The representatives are usually unaware of what is going on. They are not able to offer any solution and the most common reply that most customers have received is that the site is only a mediator and hence cannot take responsibility for any mishap. This is a very disappointing answer and can lead to a decrease in the company’s goodwill. The coupons, that are used to attract the customers, are often found to be outdated and invalid. This makes the customer feel that they have lost double the amount of money If the site wants to succeed then they should take up the responsibility and try and improve their services. If they are able to provide better and good services to their customers then they can get into their good books
