There are many fraudsters and tricksters who are increasingly taking advantage of the loopholes in algorithmic techniques used by search engines to push their own malicious agenda. These spammers, using Search engine optimization (SEO) and other relevant techniques, tamper with HTML pages to put themselves high on search engine relevancy lists. This is where search engines like Blekko come in to strike terror in the hearts of operators of sham sites that are prominently displayed in search engine results but offer very low quality content.
