Kaushik Sripathi has a versatile working profile in software quality assurance field. While carrying different positions like an analyst, an engineer, a tester or a specialist, he worked over different areas besides quality assurance. He managed multiple stages during software development process working all through customer requirements of the software development, software functional specifications, design specifications, test specifications and maintenance needs making the final product understandable to the client by giving them an ideal structure of what they have been expecting. Kaushik Sripathi has earned expertise in developing the applications, system application support and user training documentation. While working with Office of State Comptroller New York State, Albany NY as a Lead Test Analyst and QA Engineer, he developed test plan for System, Detail and over all Test Plans using the Business Specifications. Also, he conducted the system integrated testing of the application manually for different PeopleSoft Modules. The project was entitled as Future of Central Accounting System called as FOCAS. He also supported other teams in testing a process to load files as well as knowledge sharing, problem identification, training new people on board and other concerns. Kaushik Sripathi made excellent start to his career with one of the known brands named as DELL International Services. He was answerable to several responsibilities such as performing functionality, GUI, Security, User Acceptance Testing of the Product and others. Executing the Automated Test Suite for pre-defined set of hours to make sure that the product is bug free and reporting the same to the development/management teams with useful reports was an important part of his job. He worked intensively on modules like Quotations, Order, Booking, Shipment, delivery, Cancellation and Payments. His ultimate leadership skills helped him in synchronizing work tasks with the automation development team. Leading the entire team with a clear focus and applying all the standards and conventions to be followed through entire automation development process helped him in gaining trust of his team and guiding them on the path of maximum productivity. Going through all important phases and related responsibilities. Kaushik Sripathi executed different techniques and software environments such as Java, J2EE, JSP, JSCAPE, LOG4J, Struts Framework, XSL, CrossPlex, Oracle 9x, Redhat Linux Enterprise 4, Windows 2000 Server, IE, Netscape, Web Sphere 6.0, J2EE Application Server maintaining the required performance standards. Before taking over TFS project, he performed standards in Toyota Portal project as well giving his best on the technology front.
