If you are also grinding for Wintersaber Trainers faction will almost certainly want to have completed Salfa's Winterfall Activity quest, as you will spend a lot of timing grinding on Winterfall Furbolgs for Rivern Frostwind. His Winterfall Intrusion quest would need to be completed 108 times by non humans, 98 times by humans if it were the sole reputation quest done from halfway to Friendly through to Exalted.
