Now, in today’s era, companies are promoting their products with the help of TV commercials. They spent their money in designing attractive and eye-catching advertisements. Some role-modles like actors, players, politicians are being hired to convey their masseges to the people. When we watch any movie or programme or any match, we often find lots of advertisements in between them. We all have remembered our olden days when some sales people used to come at our door-steps and sell their products. There was lots of companies and firms who follows those types of channels. These sales persons used to force the people to buy their products. They have some samples with them and they make people satisfied about product’s benefits and multi-usages. This type of channel was known as door to door marketing. In this type of channel, companies have to hire a huge pound of salesmen for selling. Then these people often take several months to sell the products and give feedback to the concerned company. So, two things get wasted, money and time. Next comes Market Research, in this type of channel, companies conduct a survey in the market and then design a product according to people’s review. Again companies have to hire these type of people who went door to door and conduct the survey. People on seeing these persons, often shut their doors or they simply deny them. Now, these people are very clever, they began to sit in their homes and fill all the forms of survey, and submit it in the company. Result is that, the product which companies design according to customer’s feedback, finally failed due to dis-honest opinions of these people. Again all the resources like time, capital, raw material and man-power get wasted without any final result. Now, in today’s era, companies are promoting their products with the help of TV commercials. They spent their money in designing attractive and eye-catching advertisements. But again there is a huge loss to companies. Why? When we watch any program, there are commercials, but do we watch them all? Honestly! The answer is NO. Hence, a huge loss. Companies prepare these commercials with lots of capital and hire the role-models for their promos. Now to overcome these problems, some companies provide the feature of online survey. In this channel, consumers have to give their opinion online. Companies conduct their surveys with their choice and consumers have to give their honest opinion. Some companies even pay them for their each opinion. Hence, all the factors which are davastrating for the companies are now saved.
