Your present mobile phone may be capable of taking and sending pictures and even videos. May be you are also capable of do some limited browsing, download ringtones and games. In the future, landlines might outnumber landlines. Future might see no real line between your mobile phone and your PDA, or your MP3 player. The popular Motorola MOTOROI, that runs Apple’s iTunes and Nokia’s N8 which is capable of storing lots of tracks, are examples of how the mobile technology is growing. The latest 3G technology allows you to play against someone on the opposite coast with much improved 3-D graphics. Latest mobile phones are expected to enable users do a lot more and lot differently. Technology will also advance with easier web access, downloads, chat and email features. Mobile phones will shortly be able to connect to the Internet and wireless networks in a faster and easier manner. With 3G technology, the future will be in your pocket without being tied to it. Most likely, you will see mobile phones with outlets that plug into your car’s computer to help you find directions. You would also be able to make hotel and flight reservations over the Internet while driving. Bluetooth technology, which enables devices to communicate with wireless headsets, can allow the mobile phone device to act like a credit card, or to further increase interaction with one's environment in the future. Mobile phone carriers have truly embraced the multimedia revolution and decided to make our life move around mobile phones. Mobile phones are expected to become the only piece of electronic on us at all times with technology like photography, MP3 and video streaming consolidated into small devices.
