Kaushik Sripathi has intensive knowledge and experience in the field of software quality assurance. He has played a crucial role in software development in all his job responsibilities. Anticipating the user behavior, writing automated test scripts and thoroughly testing new software and interacting with programmers about problems and required changes are some of the important tasks he has to perform as an experienced professional in the field. Besides his constant role as a software quality assurance engineer, Kaushik Sripathi has been technically connected to Mutual Funds and accounting sector. While working with well-recognized name of Toyota Cars as a Sr. Automation QA Engineer, he has handled different projects. Contributing to the aim of providing an excellent service mark of both Toyota Motor Credit Corporation (TMCC) and Toyota Motor Insurance Services (TMIS) through Toyota Financial Services (TFS). His versatile role in the project TFS included in-depth analysis of business requirements and functional specification which defined how customers should interact with each component and how business objects must support the workflow. Kaushik Sripathi has worked over Hedge Funds and Mutual Funds that enabled him understanding how it should be simpler for customers to use the created application. It helped the customers to buy or lease, apply for credit online, check for affordable vehicle options, estimate the monthly payment and much more. He analyzed Functional Requirement Specification (FRS) and System Design Specification (SDS) and developed the System and Automation Test plan, Test scenarios for the project by using FRS and SDS. His ultimate leadership skills helped him in synchronizing work tasks with the automation development team. Going through all important phases and related responsibilities, Kaushik Sripathi executed different techniques and software environments such as Java, J2EE, JSP, JSCAPE, LOG4J, Struts Framework, XSL, CrossPlex, Oracle 9x, Redhat Linux Enterprise 4, Windows 2000 Server, IE, Netscape, Web Sphere 6.0, J2EE Application Server maintaining the required performance standards. Before taking over TFS project, he performed standards in Toyota Portal project as well giving his best on the technology front.
