Personal coaching helps in directing individual in different areas like leaderships, right career direction, personal fulfillment, business start up, career development etc. Personal coaching is a two way communication where the coach listens carefully to the client and give approved conclusions. Personal coaching is meant for all age group of people with different cultural backgrounds. Many organizations are taking personal coaching as an integral part of their service provided to their clients Personal Coach. They give coaching to help the management executives and to help them achieve the right career objectives. Personal coaching also helps the people to get rid of their fear of interacting with family, friends and peer groups. The coach helps in identifying their inner strength and develops the interpersonal skills in them so that they fell confident and contended. The personal coaching has it foundation on three factors namely,Emotional intelligence, Language and Physical body The change in any one of the three factors will cause a change in the other two factors. In personal coaching the coach tries to bring out the change in these three special areas to help him discover a whole new person in him. The coach also tries to develop the changes permanently in their clients Effective Leadership Skills . The main aim of personal coaching is to help their clients in achieving a balance between work and emotional happiness. It helps in guiding their clients to achieve their desired goal.
