A comprehensive study on the Benefits of the Native 8(a) program WASHINGTON , May 8, 2012 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The Native American Contractors Association ("NACA") released its2011 Economic Impact Study, which will serve as a valuable guidefor federal agencies, congress, and the administration on theimportance to Indian Country of the Small Business Administration's8(a) Business Development program.
