A Bachelor in Technology in Mechanical Engineering, Kaushik Sripathi has previously worked at Toyota as Customer Service representative from 2004-2005. He has also worked with Tata Motors as Marketing Representative in 2005. Some other globally recognized firms like Toyota, TATA Motors, Soma Enterprise Limited, ORACLE, SAP, USTECH Solutions INC, New Jersey, Deloitte Consulting, JetBlue Airways, Siemens Med USA and several others recognized his potential and gave him better opportunities to work. The main work relates to ensure the quality of the end product so that it can meet-up all the standards, processes and procedures already prevailing in different types of companies.
Kaushik Sripathi also has dedicated skills in analyzing, attaining business requirements, system analysis, use case studies, process flows, testable requirements, evaluating existing or proposed systems, including business requirements and test scripting. Gaining expertise in his field of work has been the first priority for him to focus on. Once the tools and techniques are implemented, testing continues with more complicated procedures or developing more effective automated testing scripts. Kaushik Sripathi prefers using automated tools for testing which is faster and more comprehensive than manual testing. He has also been a mentor to new employees and helped them in acquiring knowledge on QA Process and product/application.
