Study Phrase Books - Always carry a phrase bookwith you for the targeted language you are learning . Look for any excuse to see a country where your targeted language is spoken . The next best thing is to visit an area in your city or town where the language is spoken . Hang out at coffee shops , libraries, shopping malls , bars, and other spots and absorb foreign linguistic communication talkers with elementary conversation. Make acquaintances with native speakers. Invite them over for an evening meal or a couple of beverages. Inform them that you want them to talk to you exclusively in their native language. Date a native speaker. The best way to engross yourself rapidly is to obtain a boyfriend or lady friend who talks the native language you are seeking to acquire. Watch Telecasting and Movies for Your Targeted Language - These days television stations include a whole scope of linguistic communications over satellite and on cable system . Watch them for an time of day or two each day and make an effort to pick out familiar words and phrases. Also , make an effort to mimic the timber and emphasis of the speakers. Go to a local video shop and rent films for your targeted language . Have a 2-hour review session of vocabulary prior to you follow the picture . It's much better to view them more than once.
