When the Oak Street Association began making plans to move manolo blahnik event to Palmer Park, Staples said he and other Oak Street merchants formed their own group, Oak Street Merchants, Residents and Property Owners (MRPO), and started planning a second November festival to bring the focus back to the business corridor. "It really makes sense that there was just one festival," Staples said. "We all want the same things and it was easy to come together." The festival is the main source of funding for improvement projects along the retail strip. Keeping the event running successfully, whether on Oak Street or in Palmer Park, was the priority, Pigna said. But accountability is married to responsibility. And together they are expecting a child named Christian Louboutin Shoes Sale.
