Since 1985, Burgess has performed data recovery, electronic data discovery and forensic analysis on more than 15,000 hard disks and other digital media for firms and individuals in 22 states and several countries. Deposed as expert witness in many cases in California and Texas, testified as expert witness in several Superior Courts in California and Texas. Has run own labs for more than 20 years.
