The first group I ever performed with was "The Satan Trio." There was nothing descriptive or personal about our name. It just seemed 'catchy.'
I'm a lawyer, who grew his practice performing in nightclubs as "The Singing Attorney." (What better place to meet people who need a lawyer?) I even sang with John Denver in a nightclub for 3 weeks, before he became a household name, and performed for thousands.
Then I sang with "The Salvage Company," a black-and-white duo (I was the white guy)-- salvaging souls for Jesus before we had any conception of spiritual truth or reality. People experienced God in our performances, and we didn't have a clue what was happening.
I led worship for Marilyn Hickey, before she became a household name too (at least in 'Christianity'.
But that's all history.
All I do now is write, speak, lead seminars, and do videos on the powerful impact that the finished work of Jesus has had on my life. But I still do music, me and my guitar, on the videos.
