Most recently, he was President of the Personal Care Division of Tredegar Corporation, a $1B industry leader in the plastic films business. Throughout his career, Mr. Vaselli’s roles have included general management, business development, sales and marketing. Mr. Vaselli enjoys motivating people while aligning them to meet strategic goals and enhance operational performance. He has a strong International background and speaks Portuguese, English and Spanish. Mr. Vaselli started his career with DOW Chemical in Brazil in progressive sales and marketing roles. He was then recruited by ARCO/LyondellBasell and had various business development roles in South and North America. Mr. Vaselli moved to Foamex/FXI and over the following 13 years, he held several senior executive roles, including General Manager for their largest business unit as SVP, Business Management-Foam Products. After that, Mr. Vaselli had a short period in consulting with Alexander Proudfoot before being recruited by Tredegar Film Products to lead their largest business as Vice President, Personal Care. There, he was quickly promoted to President of the Personal Care Division. Mr. Vaselli graduated from FEI (Faculdade de Engenharia Industrial) in Brazil with a B.S. in Production and Mechanical Engineering. He then attended ESPM (Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing) also in Brazil, in the evening, while working full-time for DOW Chemical, and received a Master’s degree in Marketing. In addition, Mr. Vaselli has attended several advanced professional management programs with The Wharton School – University of Pennsylvania and Drexel University. Mr. Vaselli lives in West Chester, PA with his wife, Patricia and their three children. He leads an active lifestyle, participating in many sporting activities, such as running, tennis, swimming and cycling. When time allows, Mr. Vaselli enjoys his passion for scuba diving, which he has been doing for more than 20 years.
